September 4, 2013 - Dodgers at Rockies

For me, this game was significant since it marked the first time I have ever seen a player escape a pickle (middle picture above) which Josh Rutledge did when he escaped the tag of Juan Uribe of the Dodgers. The Rockies would put up a solid performance to back Jorge De la Rosa for his 16th win of the season, and the Dodgers would walk away with 2 of the 3 game series en route to their likely division win. September 23, 2012 - Diamondbacks at Rockies

The last nail is in the coffin for the 2012 Colorado Rockies. Another Sunday loss, this time to the Diamondbacks, who beat the Rockies with decent pitching and a late 3-run bomb from Aaron Hill, which incidentally also helped me win a close fantasy baseball showdown netting me $100 that I wouldn't have won otherwise. August 19, 2012 - Marlins at Rockies

Hot, bright day at Coors, and a win over the visiting Marlins to even the series at 2 each and go 5-2 on the homestand. The relevant runs were off of Pacheco's bat and I got some decent jube at home plate.

July 14, 2012 - Phillies at Rockies

The Phillies would never led go of a 4-0 lead after the first inning, winning with a final score of 5-2. Utley and Howard returned for this series and made little noise but added to the intimidation. All images copyright Getty Images.
