July 24, 2013 - Marlins at Rockies

Prospects and orange shirts. I hadn't heard of half of the players on the Marlins' team (which is odd for me), but I enjoyed shooting the youngsters. The questionable day glow orange jersey's have grown on me since I first saw them, even if they don't last. The Rockies got behind a great start by Jorge De La Rosa and three relievers combined and worked an eighth inning jam with the basis loaded (culminating with a broken bat groundout by Giancarlo Stanton with the bases loaded) to preserve the lead. April 6, 2013 - Padres at Rockies

The Rockies rolled through their home-opening-weekend against the Padres and I was called to capture it. The game went fine for the Rockies and for me, with most of the props due to my new camera body that just nails focus for me, making my job easy (first time I've had one that works this well.). July 28, 2012 - Reds at Rockies

The Rockies' bats woke up, but their pitchers failed them. Reds won game two of the set 9-7, though the Rockies made in interesting in the eighth and ninth innings, even as they faced the 102 mph Chapman fastballs. All images copyright Getty Images.
