Helton would collect his 2,500th hit on a seventh inning double - the moment everyone in the stadium was waiting for - and I would be both unlucky and not great in execution. The hit went for a stretched double, and I was looking for a single or a homerun and I sat at first base - and he went opposite-field, when I was looking for him to pull.
